This year's Rotary Wine Tasting Event will be held at Farmington Gardens on Thursday evening, May 30th, from 6:30 to 10 p.m.  Over 50 wines from around the world will be provided for tasting by Wine Cellars 4.  Also included will be micro brews and martini samples.  Local restaurants will provide samples of their specialties and a jazz band will play throughout the evening.

Regular ticket prices are $60 each.  Also available are VIP tickets at $85 each, which include a preview of all wines beginning at 6 p.m. and premium sampling, which is open only to VIP ticket holders.  Tickets are available online through this website, from any Farmington Rotarian, and at the Main Street office of Farmington Bank in Farmington.  For more information, please call 860-255-8207.

Proceeds from the event will support many local and international projects of the Rotary Club of Farmington. Restaurants will be competing to donate a portion of the proceeds to a local cause. Each ticket holder will recieve one vote for best of show to determine a winner. Stay tuned to local media to watch the check presentation.
